When I got pregnant 9 years ago I asked my friend who works in labor and delivery at Texas Women's to tell me who she would use. I knew she saw the doctors behind the scenes and not just the face they may put on for patients. She recommended Dr. Cowan and I am so thankful! Dr. Cowan helped me through a very difficult pregnancy. She was patient and kind and very personable!! She always made me feel at ease!! If I were to see her on the street today she would know who I was, remember all the details of my pregnancy, and could probably remember my children's names. You don't see that with doctors much! I still travel from Baytown every year to see her and don't plan to ever change that!!
