The woman who answered the telephone was very rude and didn't want to hear what I had to say. She said they weren't servicing any new customer only customers with a Toro lawn mower. I sent my lawn mower there a couple years ago when it was still under warranty, but they didn't have me in their system. I think if you don't like your job you should get a new one.
