My friends and I go only when we are offered free tickets and it's an off shoot that sometimes we can get seated when some of our party are missing, and sometimes not. I'm pretty careful about what I eat and most of the dinner selections are deep fried. The food is also pretty slow to get to you. The turkey dip is a good order though, although the last time I went there, which was 2 weeks ago, all of the fries on the plates at our table were pretty cold. I almost asked the waitress to take them back and bring me some hot ones, but the food had already taken long enough to get to us the first time. We had to keep asking for things like salt, ketchup, silverware. The drinks are usually pretty weak and most of the signature drinks are $7 and up. My husband is a drink lightweight and he had 4 cocktails and said he felt no buzz whatsoever. I find them weak as well and usually stick to vodka and tonic or something. The aweful kicker was that I ran my debit card through the bar's ATM and it canceled me out the first time, so I tried again a minute later and got my money. Several days later I was looking at my online banking and saw that Harvey's ATM double-charged me, including the surcharge..and gave me a pretty fair runaround in helping me remedy the situation. I finally had to contact my own bank to get assistance.
All in all, go if your expectations are not very high. The acts are great and thank goodness it's a smoke-free establishment.
Pros: Good comedians, smoke free
Cons: Bad food, slow service, weak drinks.
