My son went in on his 18th birthday. They took a $50 deposit for a $500 tattoo (more about that later) and scheduled him for a couple days later for a 7-letter word. He went in for his tattoo and brought his high school picture ID and his certified birth certificate. They would not accept his ID as proof of being 18 nor would they return his deposit. They should've verified ID BEFORE they took the deposit. I tried to call them using the number on their receipt: No surprise here, but the number was not a working phone number.
