ramled is the worst landlord. my place was incredibly dismal. the walls and the cielings do not match up, there is about a 2 inch gap between the two. there is water damage everywhere. and dont forget the very unpleasant insects that have taken over the entire building and even after having a guy come and spray the building twice, it seemed that the insects became more immune and reprodueced even more rapidly. they get into everything! i had to check my shoes and all my clothes before hand. i even had to resort to sleeping on my futon because they had invaded my bedroom. lets not mention how many albino insects ive seen. the genetic pool is not very wide. the staff at ramled are nice people, but incompetent. i always made sure to have a second copy of my rent before i gave it to them because they appear to be very unorganized, lets not mention that they still use computers from the early 90s. its quite a site to see that the owner delmar poe, go figure that only a fool would name his company by spelling is name backwards, that his porsche is immaculate and yet he cant take care of his buildings. that just goes to show you what type of tool this guy is. karma will come back to him. living in a building owned by them steals your soul. all my neighbors are extremely depressing and the building themselves are falling apart and im surprised that they even pass inspection. although the rent may be cheap, there are plenty of other places that will offer you much better service. i have counted down the days until i am able to leave, luckily it has arrived. NEVER RENT FROM RAMLED< EVER!!!
Cons: horrid living conditions. water damage. severe damage to the building.
