There is no doubt that garretts popcorn is delicious, but I have to agree with some of the consumers the staff is clueless and rude and show no compassion to the consumers that wait in the long line for sometimes over a hour. I visited the Michigan Ave. store about a month ago and at 10:10 p.m. on a Saturday the guy said, ""We are out of caramel corn for the night!"" But the store closed at 11:00 p.m. so after hearing this we got out of line after about twenty minutes. There are a bunch of kids working in these stores that have no self respect and the owner needs to hire people that are more responsible and understand the definition of real customer service. Good Popcorn! Terrible staff!
