I went to Stone Rose with a friend on a Thursday night. The ambience is good if all you are looking for is a noisy place with lots of men in suits and peroxide blonde waitresses with silicone in short dresses. It's definitely not a place to take a date as it is too noisy. It's good for after work drinks with work colleagues. The music is lousy and inconsistent swaying from contemporary rock to hip hop. The snacks are overpriced but below average. Surprisingly, the service was pretty good. It's probably not a great place to meet people if you are a woman because most of the men clad in suits who were ogling at the waitresses were wearing wedding bands. If you are a man, the chances of meeting women are probably pretty high as there was a good single women's scene. Overall, I wasn't impressed but I wouldn't say ""stay away.""
