I have seen this salon change owners about three times now and Neva is finally the one who gets it. She has transformed this space into a clean, inviting, relaxed salon that you want to come into. She is very attentive and even remembers your name when you walk in the door. I have since tried her eyelash perm and it is amazing! I have to also say she is by far the best Brazilian waxer in SF. I dreaded going in for this 'treatment' but face it what's a girl to do? I have had horrible experiences in the past. Neva put me at ease, and by god she is fantastic! Let's face it is not the most pleasant thing, but she makes it as painless as humanly possible. I will never go anywhere else ever again!!! I have also seen a woman just get eyelash extensions and they looked gorgeous! Neva is a one-stop shop and very affordable for the services she provides?!!
