Even good restaurants have a bad day every now and then. Then there are restaurants that think they are doing you a favor to take your money. Rossi's fits this bill. This is not an inexpensive restaurant. For the $40 plus entre I had, I felt taken. I have had beter meals and service at Chilis or Applebees...The decor is nice, but our service was rushed. Our entres came before we were finished with our salads, and then our server kept asking to take our plates when we were only half done. We are fast eaters by the way. This was early and a slow night. There was no need to rush. My steak was supposed to be 13 ozs. I would estimate it was half of that. It was undercooked and the sides were cold. On the way out, I politely mentioned this to the manager and all he could think to say was thats not the Rossi way and he turned and walked off. Can't think of of a worse way to make someone feel cheated. I can occassionaly forgive bad food, but its had to forgive apathy. Myrtle beach had many great restaurants, Rossi's is certainly not one of them.
