I would advise against working with this company. They participated in some highly suspicious activity that made me feel very uncomfortable. If you are looking to rent a unit, definitely do not use this company. I later discovered that they were stealing craigslist postings from the owners and listing them as their own property. If you are looking to rent, you can just look on craigslist, find the exact same listings and generally do it without a realtor fee. City Group was also very unprofessional in how they handled clients and listings.
