I made an appointment with Sergio Ortiz to come out 3 days in advance for a house paint job. On the day of the appointment, I called Sergio at the scheduled time when he was supposed to come. When he answered the phone and I told him that I was waiting for him, he told me that he forgot. He said that he can't come now and he didn't even apologize. He said he would call me back, which he never did. I fe days later I told of this incident to someone I knew, and they told me they also said they had a very bad experience with Ortiz painting. The job they have done was very messy and very unprofessional. I would NOT recommend Ortiz painting to anyone.
