We spent more $14,000 with Viking Blinds to put Hunter Douglas remote control Power Rise blinds in two rooms of our new house. Within the first year two of blinds stopped working. Viking Blinds passed the blame/issue off onto the manufacturer. They required us to take the blinds down ourselves and bring them back to their store location. No customer service what-so-ever. It was not what we would expect for that type of investment. We will not do business with Viking Blinds again. more
