I contacted this florist per a recommendation from a friend. I spoke to a man named Carlos. He was nice on the phone and for 2 weeks promised returned phone calls of which I never received. Finally after 2 weeks I gave him one last attempt, when he coldly and rudely informed me that he was too busy to help me at this time. He did not allow me to respond and just hung up on me. I called back to tell him that I was not done speaking and he hung up on me again. this is not the way to treat potential business.
