I have been to Mt. Fuji on several occasions now. The food is okay. No better or worse than P.F. Changs. The problem is the service and atmosphere. Each time, the service has been terrible. Last night's meal was the last straw. There was one table of drunk undergrads who were screaming and pounding on their table for hours. They were clearly disturbing everyone in the restaurant, but no one did anything. There was no way anyone could have a pleasant conversation during their meal. It was overwhelming. When we talked to the wait staff, they didn't care and made excuses for the undergrads, likely because of the large tip they were anticipating. Then we talked to the owner who was drinking at the bar the whole time. He said that he didn't do anything because he was ""off duty""! Are you kidding me!?!? He is the OWNER! He couldn't have been more indifferent about our terrible experience. I've never experienced anything like that -- an owner who did not care about return business.
Cons: The whole dining experience
