I just went to TC's for the first time on Thursday. A friend of mine recommended their food when I told her I hadn't had any good BBQ in a VERY long time. Their spare ribs were really good and tender (not the smokehouse flavors I'm used to, but some of the best I've had in Las Vegas). The macaroni and cheese was really good too! I tried the collard greens, but found them to be extremely salty.
