i had a mothers day getaway planned this week, and i came in and it was not in the schedule i guess. it was ridiculous because when the manager was called (who i spoke with when making the appointments) he told the receptionist to just call whoever and see if they could come in, and then told the girl who was trying to help me that it wasn't his fault in a very rude manner. needless to say, the girls were very helpful, and i was able to get in later, but i sure hope the owner fixes these problems!
