Badly maintained, second elevator broken and not functioned for at least last 7-10 years, existing elevator dirty and stinks, handicapped parking always occupied by cars and truck without handicapped plackets. It is about time somebody will check management policies and practices. I am handicapped and at any given Saturday could not find parking space.
