This is the first experience that has prompted me to write a review EVER. I had 2 RED silk knit sweaters cleaned here. When I returned home with them, I found tons of BLACK sweater ""pills"" all over it, and some chemical stains on one. It looked worse than if I had thrown it in my washing machine! One I was able to lint roll off the pills, the other had fabric that the pills wouldn't come off as easily. I brought it back, and they redid the sweater, well sort-of. When I came to pick it up, there was tons of pills on the inside; they had just bothered to pick the outside pills off. They also managed to snag the sweater (only worn once ever before the cleaning and snag-free). When I inquired about refunding the cost of cleaning the sweater, the manager got angry at me and accused me of having caused the snags and the stain. He also sarcastically said, ""sorry, we didn't think to clean the inside!"" Well, they put them there in the first place, since it was clearly a different color than the sweater. Finally he agreed to credit me for the cleaning, and when I told him I wasn't ever returning and that I wanted cash, he slammed some cash on the counter and said ""there!""
Cons: lousy cleaning, lousy customer service
