A couple of friends and I wanted to enjoy drinks and tapas outside. However, we were informed by both the hostess and then the manager that it was dining only outside- and that there was a minimum of tapas per person. We were going to order a few appetizers, but didn?t want to commit to a certain number since we weren?t that hungry. There was NO ONE outside, so we offered to sit outside but go back in if it filled up. The manager was completely inflexible and refused to make any kind of accommodations for us. So we left and had a lovely time (and spent a lot of money) at L?Express. By the way, I was here last summer and definitely sat outside and only ordered drinks (delicious mojitos) so I don?t know why service has deteriorated so much. This place definitely does not reflect what the atmosphere of a tapas place is supposed to be like.
