I moved here a year and half ago. After going to a couple of hairdressers and being very disappointed I got on the computer one morning and found great reviews about Jillian at The Upper Hand. So I took a chance and made an appointment with Jillian who by the way is very sweet , knowledgeable, and personable. I am over 50 and just wanted an age appropriate haircut but with style. I saw one of her haircuts in the salon and told her, "" that is what I want but not as short"". She not only did a wonderful job but this is honestly the easiest haircut I have ever had. I waited for the second haircut before I wrote a review to make sure. I am sure I will be going for many more. I have had compliments from all age groups! Now that is a testimony in itself.
Pros: Offered suggestions but didn't argue and improved what I wanted.
