I just want to let everyone know that when I go to the Upper Hand I only ask for Serena. She is one of the best stylist in Houston Texas, only she knows how to rule my unruly curls and tame them to be as straight as a arrow. There are not a lot of people that know how to cut nautrally curly hair and I have to say she does the best job.I could never think of going to anyone else to after I had Serena work her magic.
