The owner and also Brianna are so polite & courteous that I feel bad not giving them another try. And so were the ladies that did my facial, massage & pedicures. The receptionists, on the other hand need Esthetique etiquette 101 and follow their colleagues.\r

The first receptionist I met was very cold - no smile - bossy, nun-like young lady who looks like she should be a prison guard! But, since the service was excellent, I didn't care and decided to give them another chance, but the next receptionist was worse! Busy chatting with her friend and didn't think to acknowledge me immediately when I came to PAY, hello?! I'm a paying customer! I felt l was interrupting. \r

Then she charges my card after mumbling the total....but doesn't bother telling me beforehand that they can't add gratuity. Most salons & others usually ask if you'd like to add gratuity, so I assumed I could add it on myself. Not only that - she was so rude about it & brushed me
