We bought a Bosch washing machine three weeks ago. The salesman (Joe) at the Arlington showrrom promised us he had the machine in stock "at our warehouse" and arranged for it to be delivered to our home five days later. He charged our credit card immediately, but when the day came, no washer showed up. We called the company but everyone seemed to be "tied up." The next day Bruce from the company called and said he didn't know what Joe was talking about, that they didn't stock that washer and it hadn't "come in." I asked about their warehouse, but Bruce said the warehouse is in Hartford, CT and in any case they did not stock that washer. Over the next two weeks I left many unanswered messages with Joe and Bruce, and when I was able to speak to anyone I got later and later dates for the supposed delivery, no apologies, each person I spoke to blaming someone else at the company for the problem. Finally I had to get the attorney general's consumer affairs division involved, and then Walcott finally delivered the washer, three weeks later than they said they would. I found this company to be dishonest and irresponsible, and I will definitely never ever deal with them again.
