This is quite possibly the worst yoga studio I have ever been to. The instructors do not teach, they just call out the names of poses. The prices are very high in comparison to the other studios in the area and the overall vibe of the studio is "I am better than you". Their focus seems to be on "doing" yoga and complicated and maybe inappropriate yoga poses as opposed to really living in a manner consistent with yogic philosophy or practicing asanas safely.
