Peter at Extravaganza is a hair GENIOUS! I have had a series of terrible hair cuts. They just wouldn't listen to me and they would cut my hair the way they wanted and exactly how i didn't want it. Then i found Peter. And he actually cut my hair the way that i wanted and made my highlights perfect. I will never go anywhere else!!
