I have bought a lot of products at Petco but I stopped going to the Factoria Petco. The manager there is really rude and once gave me a credit written on a torn piece of paper. The credit was due to me because he over rung a product. It was his mistake and he said it was too much trouble to credit it back to my charge card! He also then made me take a 40 lb of dog food back to my car because he refused to honor what one of his employees told me--that I could return a bag of food that my dog didn't like. I took the bag to another Petco store and they credited me the amount--no questions asked. I spend a lot of money at Petco but I don't go the Factoria store anymore.
