We stumbled upon Best Friends when we were in need of emergency care. Our regular vet was "too busy" to see us and Best Friends was happy to squeeze us in. Yes, we did pay more than we would have at our regular vet, but our regular vet would never have treated us the way they did. The whold staff, from the front desk to the doctor was extremely helpful. They spend a lot of time with us and didn't make us feel as though we were "squeezed in". They followed up 3 or 4 times to make sure our dog was fine. I am greatful for their help and would rather pay a little more for a lot more service. Well done Best Friends!
