I am uncomfortable with their policy of not permitting a parent to remain with a small child. I can understand a policy for first grade and up. The staff is very nice and he is very good at what he does. My only other complaint is they are terrible about running on time. In 3 appointments, the closest to being on time was 30 minutes late; very annoying.
