I recently got my first new puppy I'd ever had as an adult on my own. The girl on the phone was very helping in setting my up with an appointment and answering my questions about the breed and crate training. All of the receptionists up front acknowledged me by name and playing with/ loved on my 8 week old lab. The doctor was relaxed and personable, and also very through, not only did she answer all my questions, but she covered things i would not have even thought of trying with training. The prices are reasonable and everyone made me feel that I could call and speak to someone about any trouble or questions I had wheater lage or small. Even the other clients in the lobby seemed happy to be there, along with some of the dogs! \r
