I disagree with Katherine C. I have been a client of Indian Tree hospital for 9 years and would never go anywhere else. One Christmas I brought my dog to another boarding facility because Indian Tree was full. My dog came down with kennel cough. I took him to my vet at Indian Tree and three days later he was better. My daughter has been sick every other week from being in day care. She even had pink eye and whooping cough which cost us 5 days salary because I had to stay home from work, cost of one week of day care because you pay no matter what, and medical costs. My day care did not pay a cent! My point is some things are out of people's control.
