I bought a "new" dryer from them Saturday. It takes 2 and a half hours to dry small load of clothes. I called today to ask about their return policy and they don't have one. I checked the attorney general, better business bureau and missouri court cases and Keeven has a poor history with all three. They have violated consumer rights laws. If you purchase a defective product you have the right to get your money back. They offered to send a repair man and I refused. There should be no repairs needed on a new machine. They have conducted bad business with me.
