My mother and I took our cat to this clinic in the winter of 2005 shortly after Christmas and she was seen by Dr. Fahey. We had been going here for years and had always seen Dr. Cesana. She had been lathergic and not eating and had a large bulbous mass on her paw. The doctor weighed her and she had lost 30% of her body weight since her last visit. Dr. Fahey urged us to opt for a $900 surgery to remove the tumor from her hand and to do it immediately. I asked the doctor REPEATEDLY "Do you think operating on a 10 year old cat with cancer is a good idea? Don't you think it is likely that the cancer will manifest in other areas?"
