Let me start by saying Joe and Don or Dan (I'm not really sure what his name was. He introduced himself upon arrival but I can't seem to remember his name) were beautiful people. They arrived at my house in Bristol on time and, like I said, greeted me and introduced themselves. We took a walk-through of everything that I wanted to move then I signed all the paperwork. On the walk-through, Joe, who was handling all the paperwork, was very upfront and told me that there would be a small charge for all the glass, pictures, and mirrors I had. He said that normally it would be about $7 per piece of small glass or picture but that he would work with me on the price. Then he gave me an estimate of how long he thought it would take to move everything. He asked a lot of questions about the house I was moving to before giving me the estimate, he seemed thorough and experienced despite his age. His partner was hustling all day and was very friendly. We talked about family and the Phillies hah. Long story short, they moved everything carefully and quickly. They finished the move an hour under the estimate. I tipped the guys and took 4 business cards from them. I handed them out to my sisters and a friend of mine. I would recommend Superior Moving to anyone who needs to move. The reviews on this site seem to be overwhelmingly negative but I can't believe any of them after the stress-free day I had. Then again, Don said there was a wide variety between the different crews at the office. Well, Superior gets an A+ and proves they are superior.
