I have purchased 2 4-Runner's from Beaman Toyota and am a firm believer in having the maintenance done on them when required and recommended. I have been to the Service department several times over the years for Oil changes and other repairs. Recently, I went to the Service Dept. for an Oil Change and was told that I had to have an appointment. I told the service rep that I have never made an appointment. He was very rude to me and told me I would have to leave.\r

So I left, fuming.... Drove straight to Rivergate Toyota where I was treated very nicely and will be returning there for all of my service needs along with future purchases.\r

Beaman lost another customer here because of their rude service dept.
