My fiance and I had been wanting to try this place for a while (mostly I had, because I wanted to try the truffled mac n cheese). It was better than we expected. Our server was so nice and friendly and knowledgeable about wine. We asked his opinion about the 2 glass pours each that they offer of Cab and Pinot and instead of just giving us his opinion (which he did), he also gave of tastes of each. When does that ever happen anymore? I don't know if this will happen every time we go in, but it made an impression on us. The interesting thing was that it was 7pm on a Tuesday and there were quite a few people in there. He still took the time to chat with everyone and make them feel comfortable.\r

We also really liked the food (mac n cheese was good, not super different, but what's not to love about truffled mac n cheese). My fiances duck meatballs were really good too. Great spices and flavor. They also offer a cheese menu, which is fun. We had the ""bermuda triangle goat cheese""!\r

Now, I must add that this place was perfect for us on that night. I think the idea is that it's a ""tapas"" place and you order a few things and share. We were fine with just each ordering a tapa and not overindulging ourselves and it was really reasonable. This way we could splurge on a glass of wine that we might not have tried otherwise.\r

Tuesday nights they have 1/2 price bottles of really pricey wines (Like Leonetti) so if you are a foursome, it would be a great night to try it out!\r
