Just returned from one of the best dining experiences ever in Houston at the newly opened VOICE. Don't mix this up with the defunct Bank which occupied the same site some months back. Magnificient new interior and truly outstanding menu. We did the 7 course testing menu since it was our first visit. Expert and innovative preparation, sauces were light but full of flavorful, the freshest ingredients, and attention to detail in preparation and presentation. Each course was outstanding on its own. We had a wine pairing to accompany the tastings. The wines were excellent despite their moderate prices. The wine steward was daring enough to depart from traditional rules providing unique complements to the food. We will back soon. When asked by visitors for a ""don't miss Houston dining experience"" the VOICE will be at the top of the list.
