The people at Lydia Cladek are very rude and unprofessional. I bought a car from a broker who had me get my financing thru this company. From the veryu beginning they have been rude and unprofessional. I did not know that my payments had gone up (as they took it upon themselves to add gap insurance WITHOUT my knowledge) and I was sending in the amount that I was told the payment was. Well, one evening I received a call that my payments were short and I was now 2 weeks behind..I tried explaining to the lady that was on the other end of the ph that I did not know that I had gap insurance on the car and that the payment was $55 more dollars than I was originally told.......I finally got it all straightened out and then the ph calls started again because my pay day changed and the payments were being paid 5 days after the due date. When my payday changed I called in and spoke to one of their ""lovely,courteous"" customer service reps who supposedly noted my account and said that it was fine to pay 5 days later than the due date as long as I did not go past 10 days late..When I got the first ph call about my payment being late I asked the lady on the other end of the ph if she had read my account notes and that I had spoken to so and so and it was all noted in my account. This non english speaking lady kept telling me I was wrong that nothing was in the account notes......That took me about 4 days to get straightened out now the engine in the car is blown and I called asking to lower my payments so I could get the car fixed and then start making normal payments again and they said no....Now I am receiving about 5-6 ph calls a day demanding money when I told them to come pick up the car. These people are very cruel, non understanding and ruthless people. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE...BUYERS BEWARE
