Good service when they got in they gave a quick demo of what they would be doing and went straight to work. Carlo and Marlon Joe did a wonderful job and on one particular stain he spent extra time on it. There are still a few faint spots on the carpet (which have been been there for 4 years so I am not suprised), but you have to be looking for them so I am very satisfied.
Pros: On time, quick, thorough, and courteous
Cons: Pricey as others have stated, but less of a hassle of a water cleaner.
