Service was very fast and technicians were knowledgable and went right to work, paying special attention to problem areas. Carpets look cleaner and does not take very long to dry. The company follows-up after to see how the service was.\r

My concern is that the price I was quoted on the phone was nearly 50% less than the on-site price that I was given and paid. I had chosen this company over other carpet dry clean service companies based on the price quoted, but phone estimates are apparently not accurate - would be good business practice to more closely honor the estimate given on the phone. I also voiced this complaint during the follow-up call.\r

Carpet does dry fast, but immediately after the service, the fumes are a bit strong, have to air everything out to be able to breathe regularly - I would probably choose a nice spring day to have this service done, if the windows / doors are left closed, might be too much to breathe.
