I've been to mosaic several times and although I love the decor and the menu, the food itself has always been ""not quite right."" On my first visit I ordered the bacon-gorgonzola chopped salad that had cranberries, almonds, egg, etc. It was also supposed to include walnuts, but there weren't any. I realize that sounds a bit picky, but I love walnuts and was disappointed. When I went again I ordered the curry walnut pasta, which sounded promising with a curry cream sauce, walnuts, and cranberries. I liked the flavor of the curry sauce, but there was to much of it! The pasta was swimming in the sauce and it was way too salty (I usually love salt), also--there were no walnuts, again! I'm hoping these experiences are just me because all of my friends love the place. I'll go again and give it another shot, but I won't be ordering anything that says it includes walnuts!
