I have lived here for two years because it was the location that I needed and the price that I could afford, but I plan not to renew my lease when it comes up. It is true that is has improve a lot recently - the blatent selling of ""you know what"" is gone, or at least I don't notice it. The office staff is marginally competant and will say whatever they think that you want to hear, lying if necessary. The apartments themselves are small, but functional 2 bedroom units. Maintenance is usually quick and accurate. There is a pool on the property, but it is usually locked - always some sort of issue. That doesn't stop the residents, though. I find the bars pried open or ripped off of the fence all of the time. No matter, when I go to check my mail, the language coming from the residents could make a sailor blush. If I had kids, there is no way that I would have moved here.\r
