I have ordered take out from this Panera Bread location. 4 out of 5 times I have found that my food is not ready even 15 min after they said it would be. The very purpose of calling in my order is lost if I have to wait to pick up my order for a long time. I found that there is no one to man the pick up counter. The person I usually see there, says he is not responsible for pick up orders and that someone will be with me shortly. But I have to wait for a long time before I can even let someone know that I am there to pick up a phone order. When I menioned this to one of the employees, they did not seem concerned. They had a ""so what ? "" attitude! Lot of times they ask me to go back and forth between counters before I get my order. Unlike a lot of other restaurants (Eg. Corner Bakery), they do not have their pick up service streamlined!! And on top of that the employees were not courteous or apologetic!
