I was part of the party of 8 that was given poor customer service from the owner himself. We are a group of women that get together twice yearly to tour wineries. We have a lot of fun doing it and certainly enjoy our wine. We are all outgoing people so you can bet that we are busy spreading the word about good places to check out as well as the bad ones (you would think he would know that word of mouth is huge). This was definitely an unfortunate experience as the owner did not have the time of day for us. Too bad he did not realize we had three cases of wine in the back of our limo already. His body language and verbal language told a complete story. He did not think we were worth wasting his time. It was very apparent as well that other customers that came in were not worth his time either based on his ""window shoppers"" comment. Starting to wonder who he thinks his customer really is?
