My husband and I just moved to a new place and when we hooked up our washer and dryer we noticed that the dryer was not producing any heat. I needed to get an appointment that day if possible since my husband and I both needed to be a work Tuesday morning. Fernando had a full day and said that he could squeeze me in at the end of the day since his last appointment was in my area. To my surprise, Fernando called about an hour later saying that one of his jobs didn't take as long as expected and he could head my way! Once Fernando looked at the dryer he immediately knew what was wrong. Turns out we only needed a new cord. Fernando was very honest and could have easily said that there was something else wrong. Fernando just happened to have the cord we needed in his truck. We were all fixed up in less than 30 minutes!
