they moved to deland and i will start by saying that they need better customer service skills in deland..you ask them for something or to do something and they wont even ask who you are or get one toe up from where the chair they are sitting in and do it for you. They also sound lazy as if dont want to be there or speak to you and when you want to cancel the policy with their insurance they literally dont want you to cancel with them and dont allow it.
