I've referred many friends to Todd at Imperial tattoo. He is super talented and can give you an amazing tattoo faster than anyone I've found... which is great! Bring in an idea and he'll sketch something up and make sure it's just what you want. I highly recommend this place. Great one on one service, very clean and bright, affordable, and lot's of talent. :)
