That's unfortunate to hear the person's review below. My experience is completely opposite. My son plays hockey not far from there at Big Bear Rink, so when he has his weekly practices I drop him off and head over to Tavern Lowry with a few of the other parents. The staff is very welcoming to us. They remember what we like to drink and are very attentive.
