They messed up a dress of mine there is a HUGE spot on it. I called them and asked them how that happened and they blamed it on me!!!!! They said the spot was already there....when CLEARLY the shirt had been rubbed in a certain spot and they didnt realize that type of material COULD NOT BE RUBBED. Yeah then they told me about clothing discoloration, but im sorry didn't you just say it was my fault? Now it's your fault? The sad part is they wouldn't even refund me 10 dollars I payed to get my $100 dress RUINED. \r
