I have been to many Indian restaurants around US and Pavani is one of the best. Once i moved to Houston I tried some of the top rated Indian restaurants listed on city search like shiva etc and vowed never to believe these ratings. A friend took me to Pavani and since then i have been there numerous times. As for the food, it tastes delicious. Lot of choices on the buffet line both for vegetarian and non vegetarian and most of them taste awsome. I really like the idea, you can order Dosa, Utappam etc south Indian favourites and they are included in the buffet price. I think all the items are worth a try. Spice levels are good and will not blast your taste buds out f flavor. The ambience needs a make over but i guess this falls in to one of those places where food is awsome and everything else is mediocore. Buffet is moderately priced at $12.95
