I had an amazing experience with Image express recently.
With a new born and an aching need to get baby pictures done and out of the way I had no idea what to expect. The staff was incredibly patient as in the middle of the photo session I needed to feed my new born. The two girls who photographed us (i believe their names where Nina and Katie) had other appointments after us but still accommodated my needs. In the end, my baby got fed and happy. I got beautiful newborn pictures that I will treasure forever.
The best part about Image Express is that they do not require their customer to purchase images they do not care for. They will re-shoot at no charge. There is no other studio in town that will do that and they have no sitting fees. As far as price goes...I feel they cannot be beat.
Once you have decided you want to purchase your sitting, they only require a minimum of $40 dollar purchase that gets you two 8x10, two 5X7 and 8 wallets but all my pictures were beautiful so I walked away with one 8x10, one 5x7 and four wallets of 5 poses (thats a total of 10 sheets of 5 poses) in addition to a large 11x14 framed in lovely cherry wood all for a total of $119.00.
I have signed up for their family plan an will be returning for all my family portraits.
I feel it is a great value for the money and highly recommend it to new mothers.
Pros: Images are ready in one hour.
Cons: If you have a upset child they will not force a session which can leave one empty handed.
